Doug @ Sixth Sense was referred to me by my realtor. We had issues with locking down a date because Texas Gas Company was not able to turn on the gas at the property two different times! I was able to text Doug and reschedule both times with no problem. On the day of the actual inspection I came down with a cold. Doug made a great report with multiple pictures per issue and sent it to me to look at. He let me know that he could go over it on the phone with me or meet me back at the property. Being a first time home buyer, I wanted to go over it at the property. Doug went over all of the issues in question with me and was able to provide me with more referrals if I requested. I used the report Doug wrote up to save me $ 5k on the total price of the home. To top it off I have a 90 day warranty on the work Doug performed.
