Don’t support wage inequality by patronizing this establishment. Walk a couple blocks to any other spa. You’ll have a much better experience. The massage therapists make around 20% per massage here. It’s surprising that a progressive company like Hilton Worldwide that pays their people so well would hire a massage vendor that pays their therapists so little.
The décor is 10 years old. The tables are are not hydraulic. The therapists are fresh out of massage school. The massages they offer are the most basic. Massage Envy offers more and they only charge $ 49. If you’re expecting a mid-​range downtown Austin spa experience this is not the place for you.

I stopped by the spa and health club during my recent stay. The facilities are impeccably clean and well maintained.
I decided to pamper myself with a massage, and was lucky enough to end up with James. I have had a great deal of stress as of late and my back an neck were really tight. His strong hands, and knowledge of the body allowed him to give me a quality, relaxing massage. He worked out all the stress and kinks allowing me to truly enjoy the luxurious bed back in my hotel room. The spa was quiet and comfortable. I would recommend him to my best of friends and I will be looking for him on my next visit. Definitely worth every dollar.
