My complaint in no way reflects the staff of this particular business. No has to do with the ordering department of Sleep Number online shopping. I referred my sister to sleep number and she in turn purchased a king size bed with all the bells and whistles. This entitled me to a reward of $ 100.00. Then I received a $ 25.00 coupon through the postal service that required a live chat with Andrew, Jay, Jay and finally Jay once again. The previous attempts were met with a disconnect in the middle of my first paragraph explaining my problem and claiming my second discount. Now I have already placed my order, it is in my cart and having instigated my live chat was ready to get my code and go. No, I have to start over. Now I am 72 years old, short on patience with idiots and and even shorter with people trying to reneg on a deal THEY made. I told them four times, the goods are in my cart, just give me the code and let me get on. So when he refused to do so I said to heck with it and proceeded to check out using my referral reward of $ 100.00 and guess what, no go. In addition, the pillow cases, 2 sets, were supposedly on sale but when you were ready to checkout, not. Now this bedding is outrageously priced to begin with and here I am trying to buy 2 sets(what was I thinking). Needless to say, there will never be any sleep number sheets on my sleep number bed. Found out the secret as to why they stay on the mattress though, elastic sewn on the corners of the fitted sheet. I will be at the fabric store buying elastic tomorrow. So, for what it is worth, that is my extremely accurate review of this clever thief.

I have once again found myself in a position, that I need customer service and home delivery. I honestly thought this time would be better… but NO. Their customer service and delivery scheduler are the worse I have ever seen. This time, I scheduled WAY out and requested a specific time frame. Well, I just got a call and they once again scheduled for a time that I SPECIFICALLY said I could not be available. These people have horrible customer service skills and will make NOEFFORT to accomodate the customer.

Having been happy with my two Sleep-by-Number beds for years, I was shocked and dismayed by the ridiculously poor customer service that I experienced. Unbelievably, this company has NOREPAIRSERVICE for its very expensive products. Neither will they re-assemble it for you if you move. Whether you call the store or company or email the customer service representative, the result is the same: They can’t help you. Actually, I never got through by telephone and finally resorted to email. Different Customer Service(?) Representatives respond with a series of questions and provide absolutely no assistance. Their only response, in effect, is to tell you to fix the bed yourself. My problem is, I can’t. Now I’ll have to contact a third party, hoping he can resolve the situation. Unfortunately, I have referred customers to this company and have recommended Sleep-by-Number beds for years. Based on its horrendous(actually, non-existent) customer service, I will not only NOT refer anyone else, but also will discourage friends from buying this expensive product. If the bed works, it’s great. If it doesn’t, they won’t fix it. Buyer Beware!

This company puts all their focus on marketing and sales. Their customer service is among the worst that I’ve ever experienced. We bought a top-of-the-line king bed with all the accessory bedding. When the installation men arrived they discovered that parts were missing. The parts had been taken out of a box and resealed. The company promised to have the parts to us the next day. They called the next day to tell me they should be at my door, but they did not arrive until the second day. When the installer arrived we told him to take everything back. The bed and frame were in unopened boxes. The company still has not credited our credit card. Only part of the bedding order arrived and the salesperson was never able to tell us when it would arrive. She said she would call and never did. The company just leaves you alone after the sale. I expect more from a $ 9000 purchase. Study this company carefully before you do business with them.
