This was an expectedly great food truck park I ran into on the way back to the hotel. Had the shawarma at Beirut and the pesto sandwich at Unity Vegan — very tasty indeed. Would definitely consider well worth the stop.

Évaluation du lieu : 3 Austin, TX
South Austin Social has replaced the old Barton Springs Food Court — as that establishment has morphed into the Barton Springs Picnic down the road. It gets coolness points for a Barton Springs Road location and general centrality. If you look northeast you get a narrow but nice view of the Austin skyline. Other visuals involve prominent trash cans and porta-potties. The selection of trucks is small to average; there are some interesting trucks. One gourmet breakfast place(Brunch Haus) one high quality middle eastern place(Beirut), a meh looking vegan place, a poor imitation of a tapas place, and an italian ice place. Not exactly paradise paradise and paradise, but you can find something to eat here.
