Mister Fixit is run by Steve Jackson who really knows what he’s talking about. He rattled off something like 15 years in the industry and being a Level 3 tech at Dell… I didn’t understand it all but he definitely sounded like he knew what he was doing. I was a little hesitant to drop my desktop off at his place of business which is pretty much a trailer full of computer parts and tools but I’m glad I did. Steve cleaned and organized my hard drive, put a slimmed down version of XP on it as well as anti-​virus and even some disk burning software (that’s what got me into the virus trouble in the first place ;) …all for $ 43 with tax. No shit, c’mon, that’s a helluva deal! His place is just a block or two west of I-​35 on Airport right next to a custom rim shop and I highly recommend the guy.
