Sprint Store

My update: as I said it depends on the person you get to help you. I just got back, same problem, iPad and phone syncing, and the young gal was patient, polite, and fixed the problem in 10 mins!!! Like I knew it could be done, from a tech, big guy who I have worked with in the past, very kind, talked of the rainbow together from last mays rains
Unreal what the guy (glasses) did, or didn’t do for me the other day.
Even said my pad wasn’t in the computer, come back leave phone for a couple if hours and if I tried again to tell him I have had this happen before and it is fixable, he fast talked over me, condensing, «I was repeating myself «
This gal I told about the guy, she was sweet and said sorry I had that experience and like I said, I knew it was a simple problem, and she hooked me up in 10 mins! Unreal! Don’t know about the star rating.
The other guy wouldn’t get one and the big guy from the oats and this girl would get a 5
Depends on the rep. The customer service you will get. I will never go back and have the man that asked me not to talk fast in explaining, just for him to fast talk me and not listen, bad experience to a great one

Two stars because they were so nice. Didn’t really explain to me that they are a third party retailer… my fault I’m sure. Didn’t have access to the phone I wanted so got the newer more expensive one. Called the sprint corporate store down the road a day later and they had exactly what I wanted. Went to return the phone and was told the money would be credited back to my account. Still waiting on that. It’s only been a week. Will rate 3 stars if I receive my refund in the next couple of days. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt. Just because they were so nice.
They fixed almost everything. Helpful people.

The people are genuinely nice but I had a horrible experience overall with this place. Ive waited up to an hour to be helped, and an issue with an employee not double checking something got me in a situation of being a month without a working phone but still paying the lease. Keep in mind this is a 3^rd party store, so if you have any issues it will be on you to figure it because sprint and this store do not share info or care about the others business and customer loyalty.
I gave it two stars because they did eventually solve my issue after a month. Still I will never go back, even if I had to I could not step foot in that store.

I am beyond disappointed with your service and will make sure that I tell everyone I know to never use your service. My mom called on May 4^th to make payment of $ 198 and you guys posted it to the wrong account. We called and gave you the confirmation number, name and credit card number we used. We even faxed in the credit card statement. Every month my service has been disconnected due to this «past due» amount. I have been told over and over the card would be refunded or payment would be moved to the correct account. My mom and I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to resolve this and nothing. Now I was traveling for work and my phone broke and I have been told I can not get a new phone until this is resolved and I have been asked to make the payment, Min you I just made a $ 399 for what I owe and you want me to pay what I already paid. I will be leaving to go to Tmobile due to the horrible service you have provided me.

If it was not for the young guy helping me I would have rated this location very poorly. The kid assisting me was very pleasant and helpful but the boss guy was severely annoying. Although nice to the customers he was extremely rude and bossy with his employees including the kid helping us. I felt bad for them and it made the whole experience very distasteful.

My satisfaction was restored after going to this location. I talked to Steve about getting a new iPhone but I was unsure whether I should do the easy pay, lease the phone, or do the 2 year contract. He explained every single option in a very detailed way letting me know exactly what to expect. He’s a very energetic and kind guy. Thank you Steve.

If I could, I would not even give this store 1 star. VERY LOUSY SERVICE. I upgraded my phone online and arranged to pick it up at this location. I got an email to show that it was in stock and ready for pick-​up at the scheduled time I selected. When I got there, I waited for more than an hour, there were only 2 of them behind the counter. And I had an appointment. When I finally got my turn, the guy behind the counter said they have no record of my order. SO I WASTED AN HOUR OF MY LIFE FOR NOTHING. AN HOUR THAT I WILL NEVER GET BACK. VERY LOUSY STAFF. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE.

So this was my first visit to this store. I had no idea it was here. thankful that I didn’t have to drive to the Lincoln village location. There wasn’t a long wait and I was acknowledged as soon as my foot stepped into the store. This was best customer service I’ve ever received at a Sprint store because they went above and beyond to either get me a new phone or replace my problem phone: samsung galaxy s3. I had my replacement phone in 4 days and left the store ready to go. My old phone was wiped clean in front of me, so I had no problem letting go. Over 10 years as a Sprint customer. Came here to get change my plan to international so I could contact people abroad. Arrived in Spain and phone didn’t work. I was stranded at the Barcelona airport, which is 20 miles from the city, with no way of contacting my host. The guy blatantly lied to me about what functions my phone would have. He was a Puerto Rican guy kinda tall, light eyes. Real piece of shit

This was the first time I’ve ever been here. I came to get an iPhone 5 SIM card to put it my phone I got off of eBay. I actually didn’t think they would have a little service center but they did. The guy was pretty nice and he programmed a new SIM card to my phone so I could get LTE. There were some hiccups along the way which started to worry me. The tech tried a few things and finally said it would be best to leave it. He said he’d try to figure it out and would have it fixed by the end of the day. Seeing as he couldn’t figure out why it was messing up, he still seemed pretty confident. Maybe an hour later he gave my fiancé a call and my phone was back to normal working order. Not sure if it’s just because I had a good outcome, but I think the customer service here was great. Another plus– I was in on a Saturday and didn’t even have to pull a ticket and wait in line any of the times I came in that same day.

As expected from Sprint, this store is another useless pit of ignorance.
Took my phone in to get the port and memory card issues looked at, they had to order a «new» (refurbished) phone … While «looking at» my phone the case was forced open and consequently the whole, previously functioning, phone was rendered useless.
The store had no excuse, no replacement, nothing. Still without a phone after FOUR days … with no solution offered by the store associates or manager.

The review itself is based off of the store itself and not Spring as a whole. All mobile companies suck and they are all over priced as hell. The service is a hit or miss and there is always something wrong. It doesn’t matter which company you are with… there is always a problem.
Why this store gets 4 stars is because every time I have gone in there, I’ve been greeted and helped in a timely manner. Before the S4, I had the HTC EVO Lte and It just gave me problems constantly. I loved the phone but I had an internal problem that it always turned off on me and dropped my calls. I had gone in there 3 times to get a new phone or refurbish one of the same. Every time, the same problem would start happening within a month. Luckily enough, I waited for a family member to get an upgrade and take theirs over.
They were nice enough to discount me on the new phone as well as some accessories to make up for the problems. The service center has been great to me as well. Romerio is awesome and knows me enough times to calm me down when I am angry. The service I have received has been helpful and kind.

i’m still not happy. local customer service is total crap. i still can’t make an outgoing phone call on my phone from my apartment most days. i know that i opted for 3g but that’s no excuse. i WILL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER PHONE FROM SPRINT. seriously, why are phone calls and texting such an issue for a major carrier, when i live at a MAJOR intersection, also called S Pleasant Valley and Riverside???

This place is a joke. Although it says Sprint on the storefront, it isn’t really a Sprint store. I took a malfunctioning phone that was clearly still covered by warranty, and after several hours, they advised me to ship my phone to HTC in Taiwan and wait 3 weeks to get it back.
I ended up driving to a REAL Sprint store down at SouthPark Meadows and they had me in and out of there in less than 10 minutes, no hassle or fuss.
This place is ridiculous. Avoid.

The employees provided me with great service. They were able to get me in and out of the store fast.
