I been sitting in this ER at St. David’s on 32nd St., for 1 hour and several people has come in behind me and has been seen, the receptionist are clueless as to how long I’m going to be waiting. This is poor service at this ER location.

This review is for outpatient physical therapy services only. I did about 8 weeks of PT, 2x per week recently post op for a broken ankle. All of the therapists are wonderful, some push you harder than others and some also do therapeutic massage. I especially liked the aquatic therapy part of the program and hint. if you do both(«land and«sea») on the same day it usually just one co-pay(depends on your insurance though). The aquatic therapy is so relaxing. Even though I did not always have the same therapist everyone knew where the other had left off, I guess they write great progress notes. Easy in and out as far as access to parking and check in/out. I was very reluctant to come here at first because it was«hospital based» but I really wanted to do an aquatic program so I picked St. David’s. This was a welcome surprise as usually dealing with a hospital is not typically«user friendly» Hint late afternoon appointments rock! I highly recommend their PT services.

More like St. Gayvid’s! Totally hot male nurses that are all gay(murses [or gurses]). They totally made accidentally cutting my finger off less painful. Four woofs!

I came in here with my boyfriend the other day to get some antibiotics for his wisdom teeth, the practitioner«Todd» has got to be the rudest aid I’ve ever met in my life. He down talked by boyfriends condition, and preceded to talk to us like we were two year olds. We know the hospital is not a dentist, but we dont have to pay right away if we check in there and being money tight as we are we really don’t have any other options. I will NEVER go back to this location. The South Austin location was much friendlier and accomodating. Way to go A**hole.

If your a first time patient for the mental hospital on the 2nd floor it might be a little nerve wrecking. i visited a patient from there and at fist they were scared than after the 2nd day they started to love the place and the hospital started to help them with the mental health issue. I was so happy with the results. Thank God for this place
