Love this place! Everyone is very nice. Sometimes the employees can get a bit loud, but otherwise great Starbucks and very convenient for students.

This Starbucks has by far the worst costumer service. I asked whether one of the coupons which I had could be redeemed and the cashier said, «yes.» However, once I looked at my receipt I noticed that the discount had not be taken. I asked for a refund and the cashier was noticeably annoyed. I also overheard the cashier mention, «what a waste of good food.» When I mentioned that I had asked ahead of time, she denied this. Unless you are desperate for caffeine, I would recommend that you make the walk to the Starbucks at 24th. People are much friendlier, they accept all rewards, and there is a lot of chairs and tables to study.

What to expect? A LONGLINE. To me, starbucks are just starbucks. The baristas are usually friendly. Sometimes I would drop by to buy a gift card and pay for a few people behind me.. just because. I usually get black coffee. Usually people complains about getting their order wrong but I don’t think they can get my order wrong. At least, that hasn’t happened to me and… I just jinx it.. .

Don’t know why this one is rated so low? I have had easily 100+ drinks at this Starbucks, and it’s always been a good experience. The line gets a little long between classes, but it moves pretty quickly. I knocked off one star because, as a franchise, they can’t accept earned Starbucks rewards. You can collect starts, but you can’t spend them. The staff is friendly, the drinks are quality, and it’s right across the street from McCombs School of Business, so this Starbucks is my life line. Actually, it may be time for a second trip for the day…

Nice cashier but she informed me that despite me brining my own Starbucks reusable cup I still had to pay for price of size. This was disappointing. To add insult to injury I was mistakenly charged extra for an iced drink I didn’t even receive or order. Starbucks should encourage its’ customers to bring reusable containers, definitely irritated that this Starbucks doesn’t offer lower prices for brining in your own cup. Mind you, this wasn’t some random cup, it was an actual reusable Starbucks one.

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow. Pretty sure I could grow/harvest/roast coffee faster than it takes for them to make one drink. Just walk to the Union.
