The 3^rd and final update to our claims experience. My wife and I worked directly with Allstate and they sent another inspector that totaled our roof as it was done on all the roofs in our neighborhood.
They asked my agent to follow up with me per my request. He told Allstate that he had twice spoken with my wife who communicated to him NOT to call me. I sleep right next to her each night and of course she said no such thing. He’s never called either of us.
So we have an agent that is not only unprofessional and uncaring of his client’s needs, but has no qualms about blatant misstatements. This person should not be handling any of your insurance…
