Terrible service. I dropped off alternations before a trip and he knew I needed them on a certain day. Never called to let me know they were ready. Tried to call, phone was out of order. Had to get in my car and drive over to the shop as I needed my clothes to pack for my trip. He gave them to me, charged me and when I got in the car I noticed they didn’t even alter them! He tried to tell me they did and when I pointed out it would have been impossible as the original tag was still in tact on the waistband, only then did he offer me my money back. Not real helpful on my way out of town. Very shady, I will not be going back.

Don’t do business with these guys at all. They don’t pay their bills, or provide good service. This business needs to be closed down.

This is not only the worst place I have ever had alterations done, but also the rudest management I have ever come in contact with. I think it is important to state that I’ve never written a bad review on Unilocal, but my experience here was so bad that I want to make sure others don’t go through what I had to deal with. I took 2 very expensive dresses I purchased internationally and 1 swimsuit to get altered. It took 11 days to have them all altered and I showed up on the day of to pick up and none of them were ready(I drove 45-minutes out of my way to find this out). They were supposed to be delivered to my home that evening and no one ever showed up, so we scheduled for them to be dropped off at my office on Wednesday morning. And again, they showed up 1.5 hours late which made me late to a conference I was presenting at. When Tomas, one of the co-owners of Stitch and the one who did my alterations showed up, he was in a frenzy — crying, yelling, and even broke a hangar over his car in anger. I grabbed my items from him and ran because his actions were so scary that two of my co-workers came outside to make sure I was okay. When I got home that night and tried on everything, Tomas had completely taken out the back of a dress, which he was only supposed to change the zipper. The dress is completely ruined. On the swimsuit he altered, you could see all of the stitching he did — it is wearable, but you can tell it was tampered with. The next day I went to Stitch and asked the other co-owner, Riley, for my money back. He wouldn’t do anything about the issues with my items and wouldn’t refund me anything. I have reported them to the BBB and would highly recommend that no one else put yourself through this experience.

Love Tomas — did a great job on my leather pants. Thanks!
