Straight & Level Construction

We recently had new windows and siding replaced by Straight & Level construction. John Martin, the owner, takes the time to address all issues and concerns. He searched around for a specialty window manufacturer as our windows were old and custom made. Replacing the glass was not something the more reputable glass companies in town wanted to undertake and he had to canvas Austin to find someone to help, which he did! He follows up on all elements of installation and construction. Even after construction was completed and we had an issue arise (they always do), John followed up and made the customer happy. In our case, the screens to the sliding glass doors didn’t slide smoothly. He made sure the screen doors were fixed as soon as possible. His crew is professional and pleasant as well. I highly recommend Straight & Level for any installation or construction project you have.
