DONOTGOHERE! I am 8 months pregnant and after eating here my doctor determined that I had food poisoning. I had a toasted Turkey and cheese sub which should have been perfectly safe for me. So Eat at your own risk! Wish I could give no stars

Extremely slow and there were 5 people working. I had to wait 5 minutes before I was asked what I wanted. Also, not one employee used soap when washing their hands.

I walked into an extremely busy Subway. I am guessing tempers were already high since right before I paid there was an altercation between two women(African American worker v/s Latino customer). So imagine my surprise when, after cashier finished doing a refund(the store was slow and out of ice so people were wanting a refund) that I would be attacked. The cashier accepted a cup from a previous guest who asked for a return. Instead of tossing that cup she put in back on the stack of cups to be served to yet another customer. Seeing this, and the fact that she was working the register, was completely unsanitary. I asked for another cup because she AND the previous guest had touched the inside of the cup she was attempting to give me. She rudely told me that I would have to wait while she went to get some to which I said that would not be a problem. I wasn’t in a rush, I had waited 10 mins for a sandwich. Another few wouldn’t hurt to get a clean cup. When she returned she announced very loudly that since I didn’t want her to touch the cup I would have to reach over the counter and get my own. **Let me make this very clear. I did not, nor would I ever have issue with someone handing me a cup. I say this because she was clearly upset at her African American co-worker, which is her business. BUT being upset at her is no reason to lash out at me simply for looking to be from the same ethnic group. ** I will ALWAYS have an issue with someone touching the inside of the cup I am supposed to be drinking from. Especially someone who is touching a phone, registers, calculator and not washing their hands before touching anything that I am to put to my lips. Her attitude was completely uncalled for. I had not given here any reason to displace her anger or frustration at her situation on me. I’d much rather her just taken a moment to gather her thoughts and think about the sanitary guidelines that I am sure have been put into place.

The staff here at this Subway always closes the store early and does not have any respect for the store hours as assigned by the owner or corporate structure. Most of the time you will see a few of the workers talking or texting on the phone and only put the phone down right in the area where you food is being prepared, how gross! Recently we had a lady that sneezed and rubbed her nose over her sleeve and wasnt even going to change her gloves. I specifically had to ask her to change the gloves and finish the preparation of my meal.

A few nights ago I had a really terrible time at this subway(they closed early and refused to come to the door when I wanted to know what the deal was)…well this morning the actual owner of this particular Subway left me a message wanting to talk to me. Turns out they’ve recently had trouble with that employee that was closing early(among other things) and I was actually the 4TH person to complain that night(apparently another couple went to a subway down the street to talk to the manager there). Anyway, she was completely apologetic and told me she was going to send coupons for free subs.sweet.I should complain more often. Teehee, I kid. I was really happy tho to have this issue resolved. I guess circle gets the square… the day is saved.
