Sue Patrick is the best place in Austin to shop for women’s clothes, UT gear for all, Brighton, Vera Bradley, etc. Sue, Jay and staff do an amazing job of stocking current styles in a wide range of sizes. The attention and customer service is great, and the sales are the best ever! You can find items for 75% off or even more at times. It’s a wonderful shop, and I love it!

I have known the Sue Patrick family for over 20 years. They are wonderful people. They own one of the finest specialty stores in the United States. They carry an great variety of products and have one of the best UT assortments in Texas. Most important, they are good, honest people.

Great place to buy UT shirts and items like that for game day. Hours sometimes unpredictable, but overall good place.

Very, very disappointed in my «short» shopping experience here. The hours state they are open until 6 pm. In my opinion, that should cover all shoppers who enter the store by that time. Instead, I was all but thrown out as soon as I walked in at 5:50& very, very rudely.

If I could give this company ten stars, I would… I wear classic fit Foxcroft shirts and until lately was able to get them at Nordstrom’s. They have recently discontinued this style so I headed for the internet to try and find them. And they she was… Sue Patrick! I was elated. Not only did she have my style, but they were half the price I was paying at Nordstrom’s. They arrived within a week of ordering and get this… wrapped In tissue with a handwritten«thank you» at the bottom of the receipt. It was overwhelming! Unbelievable… you’re my girl, Sue!!!

Needed some Austin and Texas themed gifts for a work event. Good selection of mugs, guest towels with bluebonnets, bat themed pillows, soaps, and the usual key chains, snow globes, etc. TONS of UT items as well as Vera Bradley purses. The owner pleasantly offered some ideas in my price range and I was out the door within 10 mins.

Do not shop here. They have the rudest staff ever, especially the owner. The only reason we have shopped here before is for the huge Vera Bradley purse selection. We were looking for a specific bag and went there to look and even though we knew what we were looking for, they told us the bag we wanted didn’t exist and the catalog we had at home was old and the Vera Bradley website was wrong about what colors it was available in.

How I’ve never made it over to this place I don’t know. I’ve seen their ads in the Alcalde and Statesman forever. Finally made it there when I was in town early for a game and wasn’t ready to tailgate. It’s like a very small dept store with men’s and women’s sections and a nice Vera Bradley section(I’m really into VB). Might have had a kid’s section but I didn’t notice. I was there for the UT stuff. A smaller section than the Co-op but more things I liked. Cuter tees, some kid’s items(was in the market for a few things for a UT grad friend who’s a new dad). And things that I could wear. I’m not a small girl so the ladies sizes at the Co-op stop just short of things I could wear. Or rather, I guess I could technically wear the XL ladies stuff from the Co-op but that would just be wrong and I respect the general public enough to not do that to them. :-) Yet I’m not always into the boxy men’s tees either. So good sizes and selection. There’s plenty of parking in the strip mall that it’s in. I’ll definitely be back! Cute, cute, cute stuff!

If you need UT paraphernalia, this is the place. Not well marketed and hidden away but locals know that this is the place to get outfitted for Longhorn game day. And, Sue herself is an Austin treasure!

Sue Patrick sells clothing and lots of UT paraphernalia. I shop there for their extensive collection of Foxcroft women’s wrinkle-free shirts. It’s much, much bigger than Nordstrom’s and the salespeople are just as helpful as the Nordstrom staff. Sue Patrick isn’t a big clothing store so you don’t have to walk a lot inside. I like to go to their great website and look at all the clothing and sales. Their website/online store is really nice – especially for an independent clothing store. I wish they would open later on weekday evenings. Here are their hours: Mon. — Sat. 9:30 — 6:00 Sunday 12:00 — 5:00 They are located on the West side of Burnet Rd in an ivory-colored shopping center. The shopping center is located on the Southwest corner of the Burnet and North Loop intersection.

I love Sue Patrick! They carry tons of great UT garb and my favorite brand of accessories… Vera Bradley! The largest collection in the Austin area(even more than Breed & Co.)! I also love that Sue is always there walking around and making sure her customers are happy. I am never disappointed!

Sue Patrick is an interesting store. It’s a family-owned operation, but it’s also a department store. Strange. On one hand, I give this Burnet Road store props for beating the odds and holding tight to a successful independent business for over 30 years(since 1975). On the other hand… well…I’m not sure how they did it! Sue’s stock is pretty typical — men’s and women’s apparel, a small amount of home décor, a jewelry counter, and a massive collection of «officially licensed» UT Longhorn paraphernalia. Think men’s dress shirts, women’s casual and professional wear, and every possible piece of burnt orange merchandise you could possibly dream up. It’s a bit overwhelming, actually. I enjoy perusing the store on the off chance that I’ll find something unique and memorable, but the truth is, the only reason to shop at Sue Patrick is to support your local business. And maybe because the atmosphere is hometown homey. The prices are fair, but no basement bargains here. Oh yeah… they also have one-of-a-kind Austin sno-globes that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Very cool. Easy to find on Burnet Road with a big sign… you can’t miss it. Sue Patrick is maybe worth a visit. Definitely worth it for Longhorn fans.
