Called in on 12-22-2014 to rent a coring drill in the next week or two. I was asked by Brian if I had an account with them, I said I didn’t, but I could set one up if needed. Didn’t get a yes or no for a response. I was told the drill was out at the moment, so I left my information and asked if they’d call me when it came available, I was led to believe that it would be relatively soon, which wasn’t a big deal since I didn’t need it for three weeks. Well, it’s been three weeks and haven’t heard anything. So I assume that if you don’t have an account with them, then they don’t want your business.
