I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I looked at the opportunity to sell these systems. What a joke!!! I was supposed to be trained by the National Director of SECUREASSURE a Canadian distributor from back EAST. Now, I have been in sales for approximately 30 years of my life. I have trained people for sales(consumer products). I have never in my life received the worst training and being ridiculed because I «smoke» and that I couldn’t do the so called script for the product. Well, I will tell you that after taking these insults from him. I left his training room and to only find other companies on the internet — CHEAPERNOCONTRACTSANDHAVINGTHEDECENCYTOHIREWESTERNERSFORTHEIRPROGRAMS. I wish them all the luck in the world in trying to promote an overrated product(value — $ 1700.00 app.) and for a piece of crap that may be worth — $ 200.00. So, my advice to people out there, don’t get involved with these people there are other companies more competitive and will give a higher standard of products for you. Take care.

I have to say so far this is been a terrible experience. First Let me say I own 2 different business and have setups in both as well as surveillance at home. One of the locations needed a long range $ 300plus camera. I bought it in August and am sitting here in October and the camera still does not work, I can not get a tech guy to help me get it to work correctly. It has been RMA’s and returned back, it was focused to where I could see 30 feet out and 7 feet either side. try to zoom out get it to where I need a focus it, NOWAY. Now after 24 hours of trying to find a tech I still am having no luck. I won’t work with these guys again! Well I have to say, these guys in the tech side really came through. The supervisor made himself accessible and they sent me a replacement of with comparable functions. But I also have to thank Unilocal,after I posted the above paragraph the was a huge turnaround. Either way I am a happy business owner now.

I really don’t know where to start. I purchased six(6) cameras(3.0MPIP), also a 8 Ch. NVR with 1TB memory. After 3 months of attempting to get the cameras to work, I had to return them. The company stands by their product, and after some discussion with their Senior Executive staff, I was awarded a full refund. Because the cameras never powered up, I can speak on how good or bad they are.

I appreciate all the reviews that have pointed out the potential headaches with dealing with this business especially considering we’re not even on the same continent. It makes it that much easier to take our business elsewhere. I have been waiting for a quote they assured me we would receive 4 days ago. The extent of the response I received today is that they don’t have anything. I’m quite fine with that, but I was looking specifically for a breakdown of my requirements that they can meet with their existing systems. At least I would’ve had the option to prioritize and then decide whether we can still accomplish our objectives with those features. Apparently, that was too much to ask for. Our request was for military training purposes, so this could’ve been great business for them. If you’re looking for systems to support our warfighters, take caution and heed the warnings.

I buy alot of camera equipment being a private investigator. I recently bought a camera that cost $ 300 from this company and upon receiving it had a incidental piece break off the first time putting it together. The camera still worked so, needing the equipment for a job, kept the camera and tried to make it work… big mistake! The camera never did function as advertised. Their own tech dept couldn’t get it to work either so I was forced to return it and scramble. This was all done within a 2 week period. To make matters worse after a month I finally received a refund but was charged a 35% restocking fee and informed in no uncertain terms that there was nothing I could do about it by their sales dept when I called to complain. I had been a client of theirs for some 10 years but I will never, ever buy anything from this company again.

I bought several thousand dollars worth of equipment. I was given a lot of mis-information and after I bought the equipment my DVR went bad. The sale lady went on maternity leave and no one would return my calls or help me with the problems. The manuals are poorly written and technical support is weak. Most of their solutions was to send your cameras or equipment back to them at your expense. I sent several equipment back and they did not even test the equipment. Be very careful when buying anything from this company… lots of promises upfront, but if you have problems, they will want you to spend more money…
