Giving a salon 5-​stars is a little confusing when you really go there for one specific stylist. Anyway, I go there for Marjie. Unlike the others (even at this salon), she isn’t the typical what-​number-​do-​I-​use stylist. She goes that extra mile and asks questions and then makes suggestions. But the most important part — since I go back only for her, she remembers how I like my hair cut. So its like the old style salon for me, where I go to the place where the stylist greets me with a smile that has actual recognition in it.

I had been going here for many years and of course employees come and go but the last 2 cuts have been by an older lady that is awful! First off you don’t have to explain to me «I cut here, I cut there» and you don’t have to tell me how to comb my hair either. I think I know how to do this by now.

Been coming to this supercuts for a while. I would definitely recommend Raychelle. She is an excellent stylist. You can’t complain about the prices and so far never really had a wait.

My son is 2 and despises getting a haircut. Seriously. He gets the hiccups from crying so hard. There’s no lollipop, fancy kid car or movie playing in the background that will ease his anxiety about the experience. Esther at Supercuts/N.183 (the one next to Michael’s & Jason’s Deli) was fantastic with him. She worked quickly and easily, even though I was hugging him the entire time. She just worked around me. Thank you Esther… we’ll be back to see you!

Amazing :) I love everyone here! Always super friendly! Parvin has been my hair stylist for the last 6 years! She always does a great job. She used to work at the parmer ln location and I was so sad she wasn’t there anymore! As soon as I heard she’s at arboretum location, I went to see her! I’m so glad she’s still here !

I’ve been to a few supercuts. All are bad, this one especially. They seem to be feeder-​barbers. As soon as they get good, the hair stylist goes to a real salon. You and your hair have been warned.

This is a great place and I got a great haircut! On Sunday morning, I walked right it at 10AM and they had a special. Haircut for onlyl $ 4.99! She trimmed up my layers really nicely and the back of my hair looks great. She didn’t take too much off either. Thank you!

I will never go back to this place. This has been my store for ages but today I waited through most of my lunch hour and was next in line (or so I thought!). Then some guy came in and they took time ahead of me without even signing in. Their excuse was «he called in». If this is their policy it is blatantly unfair to those that wait patiently to be served. I have never had a complaint with their service before but this is it. And for those that might say «well just call ahead next time» I refuse to do that because it is unfair to those that are waiting in line.

My beef is truly with the store on the other side of 183 next to Texadelphia, but thought I’d share a warning.
Becareful of the stylists suggesting to go to the other shop «across the street» if there is a wait. I got scammed into believing the wait was shorter at this shop 30 minutes before close on a Sunday. As it turned out, the wait was double that of the first shop! When I tried to go back and get my original spot in line, I was denied and told it was my choice irregardless of the stylist’s bad information and it being her advice! I wasn’t about to risk getting in her chair and am now in search of a new mop shop.
I’ve had fair success with the store near Texadelphia and understand they are managed by the same employee, who may be at either one on any given day. On this particular day, she was at the one near Bed Bath and Beyond.
