Surbhi, is very resourceful realtor and knows her game really well. She is not only sharp but very diligent in observing the minutest of things the moment we walked into the house, Surbhi was able to point out things such as railway track next door, a newly remodeled house surrounded by old houses in the neighborhood, etc… that wouldn’t have occurred to us.
What was unbelievable was Surbhi’s ability to execute things so fast, when it came down to extending offer. I have heard painful stories from friends about them losing out on a house that they really liked as there realtor was not able to extend the offer to the seller in a timely fashion. In a nutshell our offer was accepted and signed within 3 hours, which was a huge peace of mind for me and my wife. Surbhi, is definitely ahead of the curve vs. the other relator’s as her ability to leverage technology and communication tools is impressive.
