Swatch Store

Had a wonderful experience at the Austin Swatch store! While on vacation, I took lots of time looking at every watch and trying on several. I had phenomenal 5-​Star Service from Joseph and the Manager (wish I could remember his name). They made me feel like a rock star! (Thanks so much!!) And they helped me to configure my watch and band and sized it for me while I was there. Fabulous experience!

I told the people working there tonight (one guy and one girl) that if I could, I would give them a six star rating, and I meant it. I went to/​contacted six different jewelers and watch stores in downtown Austin, some of which were the most expensive jewelers I could find in the whole Austin area, but none of them could help me simply remove some links from a new watch. I am a student at UT and don’t have a car, and I needed the job done quickly. They were apprehensive about helping me at first, but they took a look at it and were able to help me find the perfect fit in an efficient, cheerful, and productive manner. In and out the door in 10 minutes, feeling incredibly satisfied after being let down by so many other places. I will absolutely recommend Swatch to my friends and family.

These guys are awesome. Justin (the manager) and Daniel were there at the time and they did a supreme job of exceeding my exception for customer service.
I have 3 Swatches and employees like them are some of reasons why I will buy more in the future.

Had a great experience today at this store! Benjamin helped my son pick a watch and even showed him how to switch over the band to the other side! Great service and we will be back to see Benjamin soon for a Holiday watch.

My husband bought me a Swatch for Christmas and I had to go in to have it sized. The staff here is incredibly awesome! Helpful and fun! Having my watch sized prompted me to want to add to my Swatch collection (I picked out 3 must have’s while my Swatch Watch was being sized and will send the Hub back in for all gift giving events) well played awesome Swatch staff, well played!
Bonus for a clean and great display of all of the fantastic watches. Seriously something for everyone of all ages.

Remember your favorite fashion watch from the 80’s? Well, they’re back! Actually, they never left. They have been churning out funky watches this whole time and for some reason, we *JUST* started paying attention again.
One of my bff’s is a Collector (she’s in the Swatch club, yo!) and received an invitation to the … well, invitation only grand opening event last Thursday. There was going to be a band and all the other fun stuff that comes with VIP events!
We made our way thru downtown traffic and were able to find parking in the parking garage. The store is where the Violet Crown theater parking is… We took a quick elevator down to the ground floor and out to 2^nd. Austin has really been working on this area! Tons of cute shopping, clean sidewalks and cool landscaping.
The swatch store itself is small, but brightly lit and inviting. After a little misunderstanding with the little guy with a clipboard, behind the velvet rope at the door, it was finally made clear: WE ARE ON THE LIST DUDE! We were swept in and began to browse.
The walls are covered with all the new Swatch designs and the staff was as friendly as could be! They offered to take just about everything out of the case or pull off the wall anything we wanted to try.
Since this was the launch party event there was a DJ, yummy finger foods and a little bar. Who doesn’t love free food and drinks!!! I’ll take a Christmas Shiner please. One super sweet employee, Valerie, even hooked me up with a t-​shirt and gave one to my friend «the Collector». The sweet guy that was showing us all the watches, Mario? or Justin (i think… oh! i’m so bad with names so forgive me awesome sales guy, if your name is not Mario or Justin) was very informed and was so friendly and inviting that we didn’t even feel bad about wanting to see tons of watches.
Collector friend purchased a super cool watch, i enjoyed myself and to top it all off… My friend won the door prize of a cool 007 series watch! SCORE!
So, go check out the Swatch store! Cause all the cool kids are wearing them. (again.)
