I usually hate dealing with reps at t-​mobile but Tim at this location was very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. He helped me make a decision quickly without being pushy, and gave me answers to my questions and more without throwing a bunch of nonsense at me to make a sale. I decided on a gold iPhone 6, and although they did not have it in stock, Tim called a couple other locations to track one down for me. I wish I had completed the process at this location to avoid stress and overly pushy sales. Thanks anyway Tim!

Awful service. I like T-​Mobile just fine as a network, but this location is just the worst.
This is my second time trying this store, too. The first time they were mostly unhelpful about me switching from AT&T. And mostly ignored me until then.
But this time I was just ignored for at least 20 minutes. There were two employees and two customers doing some kind of paperwork of some kind. Where most stores will at least say hi and acknowledge your existence these two just pretended I wasn’t there. Say hi. Maybe let me know that you realize I’m there.
For the record, I’m very patient when I have some sort of realistic expectation that I will be helped sometime today. I’ve waited almost an hour at an Apple Store, more than that for a doctor running late. But they don’t make you feel invisible.
I’ll just go online. Probably what they want anyways.

Had my phone stolen and went in there to see what my options were. I was the only one in the store and the two guys working didn’t even greet me as I walked in. I asked what it would be to just buy another phone because I needed it for work, and they said «that’s probably not a very good idea.» I asked if I had insurance, they said yes but I’m looking at about $ 175 to pay for it. There was zero explanation and zero friendliness. They looked at me like I was some kind of alien when I had very basic questions.
I asked if I could get a new phone through insurance in the store or if it would have to be done online or on the phone and they had no clue. Then they made me go behind the counter and fill out a form on their computer myself just because it would be «easier for me to enter in my own information» rather then having them do it. All they’d need is my drivers license to do it themselves, but instead they were too lazy to even bother. Then they made me call an insurance number and wait on hold and speak to them myself, only to be told that I couldn’t get a new phone in the store, I’d have to order it online. And the form that I had filled out behind the counter was actually unnecessary. Also, the entire time I was on the phone talking to the rep, they loudly gossiped about how they didn’t make any money that day and about all the «fucking weird» customers they had. Incredibly rude.
I just looked at them and laughed when they said that buying a new phone is a really bad idea because of how expensive it would be. When my company would have paid for it. They didn’t say goodbye or «have a nice day» or anything. I just walked out dumbfounded at their complete lack of sales skills and usefulness.

They greeted us. That was about the only good thing that happened. Never been to this location before and won’t be going back.

Experience with Daniel, the store manager, was not all that pleasant: despite knowing clearly what I wanted, there was continuous up-​selling and high pressure tactics to get me to commit to a bigger data plan than I needed and to buy tablets that I didn’t want or need. When he used phrases such as «we want to welcome you to the T-​Mobile family» I felt like rolling my eyes.

I went into this store a few weeks ago for help trying to add another email account on my phone. I had tried numerous times myself to set it up and nothing worked. I decided to go into the store and see if they knew something about this that I didn’t and could maybe figure it out.
I explained the problem and then showed Hunter what I had already tried 50 times and the error message I kept getting. He then proceeded to do the exact same thing that I just showed him did not work, right in front of me so that maybe if I hadn’t seen it fail enough, one more time would be good. He looked puzzled after it didn’t work. He asked his co workers if anyone knew what the issue was or how to set up a new email on my HTC one. No one knew what to do. One girl said it was maybe an issue with the school email and I should contact the school with the problems with the email I’m trying to add. They all together then decided I should call an operator and see if they can help me over the phone. Because someone a million miles away not physically looking at the problem can better help me than the idiots that work here.
I left the store dissatisfied and aggravated.
I soon found the solution to the problem on my own after trying a different method of adding it.
I saw Hunter again unfortunately, shortly after that incidence at his store and he asked me if I figured out that problem I was having. I said yes. He asked what the solution was and I told him that I was not going to do his job for him and that he can call an operator if wants to know, since that is his approach to customer service, and if he has a customer with the same issue he can send them to me and I will help them.
Good luck if you ever have to visit this store.

Agree with the other reviewers– the service here is excellent and very friendly. New to T-​Mobile and Leslie has helped me a couple times setting up my phone and answering all my questions. and she is second to none in applying screen protectors.

These guys are super nice! I have been there twice and both times they were able to help me figure out what I needed and find the most cost effective way of getting it.

I stopped in to get a new SIM card for my older Android phone and was grumpy because the T-​Mobile website didn’t direct me there, but to the Office Depot which only sells phone accessories. Leslie was very professional and helped turn my frown upside down, and managed to update my dinosaur OS and showed me some really neat stuff that I wish I could remember (LOL). I’ll definitely keep them in mind for accessories and next time I’m shopping for a phone.
Oh, and this is a LOCAL business, owned by Verge Mobile out of Houston (well, okay, sort of local), rather than the Big Company T-​Mobile.
