Terminix International

Terminix hasn’t done much right for us. we bought a big package from them, paid them cash up front, but had to give them a credit card number for some reason, and of course, they charged the bill to our card, even though they promised they wouldn’t. then, the guys who were installing the termite deals clipped our cable wires, even though we pointed them out specifically. they set up an appointment to repair, after they didn’t show, I called the front office, who told me that they don’t repair cable wire. Oh, by the way, the very first appointment they set up, to install the termite stuff, they didn’t show up for, either. Then, we had company coming a couple of weeks ago, and bought the mosquito repellant device they sell. guy said they would try their best to have it here in four days, in time for our company, and it’s been several weeks, and it’s still not here. Not sure what else can go wrong. can not recommend this company, too many mistakes already.
