First time calling to set an appointment and appointment setters do not care about you and if you pay or not. If this type of customer service I will be getting i will not go. The way she spoke to me, I could tell right away that she didn’t even care a bit about my needs. I told her to cancel the appointment, and she just hung up. I will be calling somewhere else, and also tell my family and friends not to call.
