Texan Sprinkler System

Roman did our system a few years ago and it is running fine. The reason for the low stars is current customer service. I called him 4 days ago for some repairs. He asked me to text him the info. I did. I know he got it. He never followed up. This happened the last time I contacted them, too. Cannot keep customers without customer service.

Roman came recommended by some friends of ours. We had 4 different companies come out and bid our irrigation project (which was very large), and we ended up going with Roman based on a sense of his integrity as well as it being a reasonable price (although not the lowest bid we got).
It has been 6 months or so since we started our project and we have not regretted our choice once! Roman is super laid back and easy to work with, and lays zones out in a practical, easy to understand method. He has had a few good ideas for our landscaping along the way as well!
When we have had things go wrong (just normal things, not an installation issue), Roman has been super responsive.
It is also worth mentioning that we are on a well.. Roman was careful to design the system around our water pressure and explained how to keep track of our water usage.

Roman went out of his way to squeeze me in on a Saturday. I had a leak in my irrigation system which was about to get a lot worse, and he took care of it, and for a very fair price. He was very knowledgable and professional, and took the time to explain why I had the leak, and how he was fixing it.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing irrigation system work.

Roman installed our system several years ago and did an outstanding job. He and his team came by to check on it to make sure it worked properly and later came by to repair a problem, no charge. I recommending him to our neighbor and they too were very satisfied. Great customer service. If he says he’s going to be there, he’s there.

Roman and his team @ Texan are GREAT to work with. Very professional and did a great job with our sprinkler system. They explained the process and came on time each day and delivered a great product and service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for sprinklers.
