Do not use Texas Lawn Services. If you want to repair the extremely inadequate work this company conducted, hire them. Hiring this company was one of the worst decisions ever made, and steps are still being made to correct the damage this company made to our yard,

Brad is great, we have used Texas Lawn Services for two major projects now, one to repair a totally destroyed sprinkler system, and another to re-​sod our yard and create a patio area. Brad is always professional and timely and his prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

tried these guys out with the groupon they offered a while back. i purchased two, so i suppossedly got $ 160 worth of services.
after making me wait and reschedule, 2 work guys came and i talked about some trimming of bushes, some weeding, some leaf clearing, asked questions about some plants (i’ve only lived in Austin 2 years), and they knew less about my plants than i do. they’d never seen or heard of my Palo Verde (aka Jerusalum Thorn aka Retama) which are ALL OVER Austin, or many of my other native plants (i purchased a house that was largely xeriscaped).
the two guys were here about 1 hour and they attacked my plants with such a vengeance that they look terrible. they didn’t weed, they didn’t get rid of piles of leaves, and left a bunch of the yard trimmings.
i called and complained to the owner, who came out (had to wait and reschedule a number of times) and he heard all the complaints, and as far as i can tell, all the workcrew did when they came back was trim my Jasmine ground cover that was neglected the first time.
i would not be satisfied with the service for any amount of money, even if they had paid me. as it was — even without the butchering, i hardly think it is worthwhile to pay two people who have little knowledge $ 160 value for 1 – 1.5 hours of work.
i would have been better off having the guys who go around the neighborhood offering to cut grass for $ 10 do it.
