If I could give zero stars I would! this company is the worst! absolutely do not recommend them! the guy gets here an hour after he said he would. he’d also told me he had no other customers and that I was next. they told me on the phone it would cost a $ 29.99 service few plus $ 95 car key replacement. the guy gets to my place and tells me it’s going to be $ 300. finally haggled him down to $ 180. very unprofessional! go anywhere else if you can!!!

5 stars for quality and speed of work as well as cost effectiveness. Oh, and for how they work with your schedule.
3 stars for communication.
Highly recommended for custom jobs. My old timey lock broke and they fixed it so I could keep the visible parts all the same. It was costly but I got what I paid for and they kept it within my budget.

Tonight I was locked out of my house (ugh!). I looked for someone that could not only get me bak into my house but could also replace my locks. The owner showed up and replaced all 7 locks in my house. What a relief. Now I can sleep with peace if mind, thank you Austin Premier Locksmith.
