My doctor, the nurses, and most of the phlebotomists are phenomenal. It’s the front office staff that’s the nightmare. Don’t expect the financial counselors to be ANY help. Even though all of my other doctors are writing me checks for overpayment and the insurance company is paying 100% of my claims they still insist on harassing me for a copay. I’ve told them in many occasions they are wrong and their reply is well this is what your insurance company says. After months of back and forth with this frustrating staff I finally reached out to my insurance company low and behold I’ve been correct the entire time. The insurance company is even confused as to why this is happening. Had to request the insurance company reach out to the office directly to correct this issue. So if you decide to use this establishment be prepared to deal with the stress of fighting cancer but also with the stress of keeping track of all of your medical expenses, insurance payments, and what you’re entitled to based on your insurance. This experience has been a complete nightmare and has ruined all the positives of this establishment.

There is one Nurse here who reminds me of Oscar the grump from sesame street. Apart from that ray of sunshine, everyone else here is really great. The receptionist is welcoming and has a lot of warmth. Dr. Paul Loar was right to the point and very professional and I also have only good things to say about the geneticists on staff. I’ve never had to wait long and the waiting room is very warm and quiet, not cold or unwelcoming at all. To date I haven’t had any billing issues. They have been very forgiving of me being late or mismanaging my own schedule.

The staff is friendly, compassionate, and helpful. The office is warm and welcoming, not your typical over-lit sterile clinic atmosphere.
