This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor.
We hired Victor Piedra to fix a section of fence.
The reason we hired him was because we have a sprinkler system that ran very close to the fence posts, and we were worried we would damage if we did it ourselves– which we pointed out to him. He reassured us that it was not a problem, and that if they did damage it, he could fix it. They did repair the fence, but DID break the sprinkler system in 2 places. When we turned on the broken gushing system and showed him he said «aw man, that’s Bu**sh*t, they knew the situation» meaning his workers knew that they should be carefull. He promised to come fix it 7 different times over a month period, and never did. It is not fair, and he cashed both our checks totalling 525.00. We gave him every chance to make this situation right, but he kept ignoring us. We are filing a small claim
