The Austin Lawn Service

I’ve called to set up service with them multiple times and they’ve never returned my calls. Not very professional.

I found Jonathan via another home-​care-​based service and couldn’t have imagined a better overall experience.
From the word, «Go,» he was attentive without being over-​bearing, and he worked our mess-​of-​a-​yard back into shape beyond beyond belief and/​or expectations!

I was looking for a convenient lawn service that would come on a regular basis. The whole point of using a lawn service is so I don’t have to worry about it. Not with them. The two times they did show up, their work was fine, but multiple times they didn’t show up when they said they would, and I’d have to contact them to find out what was going on, to get another appointment scheduled. Somehow the computer system deleted my recurring appointment. Another time, it was confirmed they were going to come a certain day, and they showed up, did a small part of my lawn, and didn’t come back for two days. The final straw was, after all this work to get them to come take care of my lawn, and I get the bill, and it’s more expensive than they said it would be in email, with no explanation. They seem like nice people, but are too disorganized to meet customer needs.

These guys are as good as it gets. I know a ton of lawn services and these guys have the best attitude, the right equipment, and take care of their customers!!!

We have been using Paul and his men, The Austin Lawn Service, for years now. At first it was a challenge convincing my husband that he didn’t have the time, nor the desire to mow, edge, etc. our lawn. Now, he cannot stop telling me it was the best decision we ever made. The guys are so polite, and they go above and beyond every time they are here. And that is just the weekly service.
At our new home I got to use them for a large xeriscaping project. What they created was not yard work, it was a piece of art! Paul’s eye for design is wonderful! I knew I could give him a few guidelines and then let him go to town, all the time staying within the budget. He turned my front yard from an eyesore into an amazing piece of property I am proud of.
Paul is also always trying to help us save money, trying to think of creative things to do with the massive amounts of leaves from our large oak tree. I like that he is not only thinking of the work he can do, but also making it mutually satisfactual for us all.
I already have a new project I can’t wait to get him to do!
