I recently got eyelash extensions for the first time at The Lash Lounge and had a great experience. They walked me through the entire process and answered all of the anxious questions I had lined up. Erin was thorough, friendly and made me feel comfortable for the hour and a half it took to give me lashes that create a nice breeze every time I bat them(which I now excessively do). Not only were the staff friendly and welcoming but the studio is clean, modern and comfortable. Overall solid experience.

Lashes are a must for me… I mean why not? Lash lounge gets it right! I was needing a lash pick me up so I tried their new MVP lash set and it was incredible. I would walk in a room and be stopped multiple times and asked where I got my lashes done. Not only did they look incredible, but the technician was awesome! Teresa was professional, and the application was efficient, painless and perfect! Not only that, but I got to do a little shopping in the great boutique up front. I love this place and will be my only lash place.

Hi. My name is Jackie and I have a lash addiction… NO, seriously. I love my lashes. I feel naked without them. I go every two weeks… Zoe is my favorite lash stylist. She never gets too much glue in my eye… in fact they always lay nicely and look super natural. If you pay ahead in 12 session chunks the price is great too– under $ 50 a fill. So why the four star review? a few small quirks like accidentally forgetting to renew my standing appointments I make every week. They got me in with another lash stylist, but not with my regular stylist. The other stylists I’ve tried haven’t been as good as Zoe – but they weren’t that bad either. That being said, the receptionist is always really nice and tries to be as accomodating as possible, so it’s hard to be really mad about any blips in service.

I love my lashes from The Lash Lounge! My current stylist Kelly is amazing and I have been happy with all of the other stylists I have tried. The staff is friendly, the boutique is cute, and the lashes are beautiful. I highly recommend The Lash Lounge!

I have had my lashes done here several times. Right when you walk in to their cute little shop/boutique you are instantly greeted with kindness and a smile. My lash stylist, Zoe, made my lashes look so beautifully full and so natural looking! I recommended several friends to check them out and they also have had nothing but 5 star service. They made appointments with different stylists so I am more than confident in any of the girls and their lash expertise! This girl is one happy permanent client and I can’t wait for my next appointment to get my next fill! Highly recommend the Lash Lounge!

So I’m reading through some of these bad reviews, and I’m pretty baffled. I have been going to this place on and off for years. Originally I had my first set of lashes done with Lash Lounge when they first opened. I have been to the majority of their stylists throughout the years, and have always been handled with an overwhelmingly helpful staff. I had my lashes on for 2 ½ years, and my lashes were just as healthy when I took them off as they were the day I had them put on. The only reason I even got them off was because I was moving out of state. Now that I’m back in Austin, one of the first things I did was make my lash appointment. Now that I’m back, I have seen a couple different stylists, but Zoe is by far my favorite. My lashes have never looked better. I have tried almost all of the services that Lash Lounge offers, and I have never been unsatisfied. If there has ever been an issue, the owner or manager has been sure to take care of me right away. I love this place. When I first came in they told me «Welcome to your new addiction» and they were right, I’m addicted and I’m a lash lounge lifer.

Sooo… as it turns out, getting pissed at the Lash Lounge and taking my business elsewhere was a super positive thing! Saw someone new today to glue these damn eyelashes on. I mean seriously, they are fake eyelashes, no one is curing cancer here. However, the person gasped at the condition of my real eyelashes. She let me know they were broken off and missing in places. She said the fake ones had waaaay too much glue on them(I knew that, it looked like globs of mascara), were way too close to my eyelid which explains the random swelling and discomfort I got after applications, and much too long and heavy for my natural lashes to hold them which explains the breakage and constant wonky eyelash look.(I called the Lash Lounge to report this swelling issue once and they responded with a luke warm«huh».) And here is the kicker: The eyelashes LL was gluing on me were sold as mink lashes which they were not. LL has been charging me an extra $ 20/appt for these«mink» lashes which were in reality a low quality synthetic. My new eyelashes look and feel great, thank you New Person. I saved $ 25 on a refill, got a better look, and even better, my eyes don’t itch or sting.

Very unprofessional staff! Tries to charge extra fees that were not incurred. When confronted, they offered multiple stories. Stylist did not show for scheduled appointments on multiple occassions. As for the workmanship, be prepared to have your eyelashes glued together. I also tried the eyeliner tattoo and after multiple attempts of the most painful procedure ever, the result were completely non-existent. The owner performed the procedure and never followed up! Meanwhile she is trying to continue to sell her services. Total lack of customer care, professionalism!

I visited during the week of a special deal and met my new favorite lash gal, Kelly. I’m a bit of a lash snob and have missed my lovely extensions so I was more than ready for this trip. Kelly was nice and neat and gave me the dramatic look I was wanting. Three weeks later I was ready for my fill, but was pleased with the extensions still left behind. My fill was fab! I’ve definitely found my local digs. I even took my mom for her first set and for a beginner she was pleased with the experience and comfortable with aftercare instructions. Lash Lounge makes everything so easy and comfortable.

First of all, I really do like this place. After having gone to several other places this is my favorite. It has a nice little boutique in the front that has cute clothes and accessories. In the back they have small private lash rooms. Some of the stylists are a lot better than others. They are not all created equal. I can’t give this place 5 stars for that reason. Additionally, I’m very disappointed that after being a regular customer they switched my stylist to a master stylist and bumped up the price significantly and they just ended their lash addicts program. I’m highly irritated.

NOT A FAN. I was very surprised. A couple of notes: 1: Customer service– not great at all. I realized after I left yesterday that somehow some of the lash glue got in my hair. I thought, ok, not a big deal, I’ll go back and have them put in remover and we’ll get it out. I went in and let them know and the response I received was, ‘what did you do, roll around in it when I went to the bathroom?!’ Seriously? Seriously. I was taken aback so I just said, ‘um, nope, just laid there with my eyes shut(my lashes were taped and the glue stings, so why would I open them… or roll around?! Ha.) She took me back, put in some remover, we didn’t get it out there, but she said, seriously it’s not bad at all now and the rest should come out when you wash it. I went home and washed… to no avail. I had to cut it out. :( –When I called today to let the manager know about the situation(cutting that clump of hair out!) and give them a chance at redemption, what I received was, I’m sorry– we will definitely address it. That’s it. Not saying I wanted anything for it, but for cutting some of my hair out and having to deal with that reaction upon going back– this response was NOT ideal for me. 2: Price for quality: When I called today, I also let her know that I tried them out because I saw the Groupon. It was $ 80 or $ 99 for the dramatic(I think it is normally $ 250+) I have had my lashes done once before with a noticeable difference(done in Colorado) and definitely worth the money. These look like I have a little mascara on and that’s about it. I told her that I definitely would not pay the normal price and that I didn’t really think it was even worth the $ 99.(*Caveat: I was very polite in my delivery– I simply wanted to inform and give them something constructive.) The response to that even was; I am sorry you feel that way. Again, not wanting anything for it, but with this and the aforementioned customer service comment, one would think a money back offer would have at least been thrown out on the table. Should you choose to visit and partake in services, I hope your experience was better than mine. Needless to say, I won’t be going back… and I’m notifying Groupon.

I have long been intrigued by the notion of enhancing my peepers with lash extensions so I jumped on a Groupon to try these babies out. I must commend the LL staff for being so friendly despite that I showed up 45-min late for my appointment due to a last-minute change in my work schedule which I DID call them about. The technician(whose name I have unfortunately forgotten) was able to apply a full dramatic set in the time we had with no problem at all. So the staff gets 5 stars in customer service. The reason for the 4 stars is the lashes themselves. On day 1 – 2 they look perfect. I comb them down and up every day as instructed. But by 4−5+ they become a bit uncomfortable as individual hairs can twist in the wrong direction due to the weight of the extension, pulling on the follicle just enough to feel it. Will I get them again? Absolutely. But I think I will opt for the more natural look next time as opposed to the dramatic flared look. I imagine the natural option will wear more comfortably.

Great boutique w/reasonable prices. Just tried out the semipermanent lashes before a cruise. Love them! Great service and the staff is great — friendly and patient w/all my questions. I plan to get a refill soon! So fun and takes a step out of getting ready in the morning! No mascara and look great in the morning even without makeup!

The idea of fake lashes sounds pretty weird but I figured, «what the heck!». I figured if I didn’t like them I would just not go back for refills. That was 6 months ago and I am addicted. I’m addicted to having great looking, long, full lashes. And, I am addicted to this adorable boutique. And, I am addicted to Jami — the very friendly and eclectic technician that applies my lashes. She is smart and funny and entertaining. The whole experience is so pleasant and the end result is just yummy! Thank you to Lash Lounge for giving me lashes that God did not!

The shop is awesome! All of the girls are professional and experienced, and I have always received excellent service. If you’re not a gal that goes for the lashes or permanent makeup, then visit the shop for great accessories and on-trend clothing at fantastic prices. I love that there is ways something fab to add to my wardrobe!

«Your lashes are beautiful. Are they real?». If you have to ask, then they’re probably not, fool. Luckily, my vanity is Mike Tyson to my Evander Holyfield-sized anger. Suzi does my lashes and I love her like a fat kid loves cake. She’s Zooey Deshanel without the ukulele and annoying singing, meaning she’s quirky-cool and freakin’ hilarious. The girl dressed as a low-resolution photo for Halloween for goodness sake! She tells great stories and keeps me laughing so hard that my appointments fly by. I only have(2) concerns: 1. The damn boutique. Normally, I can ignore boutiques because they never carry MYSIZE. And the ones that do are the fire-retardant, polyester-fests reserved for Palm Beach retirement communities. Come to Lash Lounge to extend your lashes, but be prepared to(whatever the opposite of extend is) your wallet. 2. The mystery booze. So I’ve seen a sign that basically says ‘If you get drunk, it’s not our fault”. Which my Wondertwin powers have sensed a serious lack of cocktails being offered to me. There’s a small fridge with soda, but I haven’t been brazen enough to just grab one. Not sure what the deal is there, but being buzzed while a strange woman applies a foreign substance to my eyeballs sounds all kinds of good to me.

On Saturday I got my lashes refilled with Suzi — they look beautiful! Suzi is the best! I’m definitely going to keep getting extensions at The Lash Lounge.

Great place… Clean love the boutique up front. Teresa has done both my upper and lower eye lids with permanent make-up and does a free touch-up! Can’t wait until you open down in SWAustin.
