Air their dirty laundry all over social media. Could not be less satisfied with their level of professionalism.
It is one thing to have a disagreement with a party (or to stop services while the corny is on vacation). It is another entirely to go as far as you have.
This is the level of kindergarten bickering.
You obviously have time and energy to put in on Facebook while not tending your clients’ pools.
Wonder how much damage you have done to other folks, too.

I called Keith just by random after my pool was hit with a stint of «green pool» fever.
He showed up within an hour, quoted me far less than the other two companies I called and had my pool up and running by that evening.
Keith is diligent, respectful and a really decent guy to work with.
I highly recommend him for any pool emergency or for regular maintenance/cleanings.
I will be using from this day forth as my pool guy.

I read all of the reviews in advance and was aware of the risk I was taking. Keith is a nice guy. I was really hoping he was going to do well. Sadly, his performance is another story. He lasted less than an entire month. He was unpredictable and unreliable. Tried to get me to pay for an entire years of service in advance which suggests issues. When he was here he was great. But I did pay for a repair that never happened. I wish him the best but already found a much better and much more reliable pool service.

Keith was wonderful for the most part. The pool was clean and well taken care of and he suggested someone to put in a new filter that was great, but he quit without notice, hence the 3 stars.
