I knew about dry cleaning service, tried a DRY soda at central Market but I had yet to ever try a dry hair cut! My neighbor recommended this«incredible» dry hair cut, performed by Jenni at her new hair salon. I really needed to fix the horrible mess on my head created by the not-so-great stylists at MAXIMUMFXSALON. It took me long time to decide to go to Jenni’s as I knew she charged $ 90 for a dry hair cut. She spent 40 minutes on trimming my very long hair… most of the result was okay, but I was a little less excited about my bangs, the fixing of which was the main reason for my $ 90 investment. Was I happy after all, was it worth the $$$? YES and NO… YES: –The hair cut was ok, she fixed the former terrible hair cut, but still not perfect. –She was nice and professional. NO: –Because my hair is very long, she had to place a kind of pad under my butt, it was so hard, felt like sitting on a piece of rock, very uncomfortable. –I didn’t get my hair washed after the dry hair cut. I wonder how much extra that would cost? –No scalp massage –She didn’t style my hair when finished –Only cash and checks are accepted, no cards. –No coffee, wine or other drink offered($ 90 should at least buy me a glass of wine to dull the pain. Or dry soda, even) Mostly happy about a fine hair cut but not completely happy about the toooo dry service, and went home with a square, painful butt!
