Find another dentist. No, really. I had a cavity in a back molar that needed to be filled. A friend recommended Dr. Hassell and he was much closer to my office so I went ahead and gave him a try. WORST MISTAKE EVER. I have never needed much work done on my teeth and always get complements on them when I’ve gone to the dentist. After Dr. Hassell got in there I had horrible pain in that tooth for months! Dr. Hassell had me come back to his office again and again to try and alleviate the pain. I think I went in for adjustments 4 – 5 times when I finally gave up and returned to my original dentist who was able to fix the constant pain in my tooth/​jaw. Then, when I objected to the bill considering all the time off work and having to go to another dentist to fix his shoddy work, he refused to reduce the charge.
When I told my friend who had recommend this dentist to me what happened, she said that she’d never had more than a cleaning done here. So… if that’s all you need, it’s your call. I never knew how lucky I was having never had poor dentistry or tooth pain UNTIL I saw Dr. Hassell. I’ll never make that mistake again!
