I am absolutely thrilled with Threads Embroidery! I ordered several shirts from them. I met with Jim personally and couldn’t ask for anyone more interested in what the customer wants and being willing to go above and beyond to bring the desired results. I had a design but it needed some tweaking. Jim was willing to work with me to get the desired results. He is a man of patience! After many changes to design and color selection they managed to get the order done ahead of time. I’m super impressed with their quality of work, patience and integrity. I highly recommend this business!

My husband has two polo shirts that he has worn until they are threadbare. One of the shirts is over 20 years old! They each have custom embroidered images that represent a very special time in our childrens’ lives. I was looking for a company that could replicate the images on new shirts as a birthday surprise for my husband. I emailed pictures of the shirts to three embroidery companies in Austin, and then followed up with a telephone call or email. Two of the companies made me feel like they would be doing me a favor to embroider the shirts. It was just the opposite at Threads on the Web. Jim and Daphne were very responsive to my questions. Since my husband is picky, picky, picky, I asked Jim if he could embroider samples of both images on a scrap of material so that I could see them before embroidering the shirts. He readily agreed to do that. He hit the ball out of the park with both images and the shirts look awesome! If you need embroidery work done, no matter how small the job, Threads on the Web is the place! They are professional, knowledgeable, and provide outstanding customer service.

After extensively searching for a reputable company to embroider our fishing shirts for a tournament, I landed on Threads Embroidery. Most places are either super expensive, or they take an absurd amount of time to finish their products. Threads Embroidery is exactly the opposite! Jim was quick to reply to my emails, & was beyond patient with me when I met with him in person to design our shirts. He assisted me with color choices & showed me the finished design/​colors on his computer as we worked toward a final product. He never made me feel rushed, & I want to thank you, Jim, for your patience & help! I was delighted when he emailed me a short time after our meeting to say my shirts were finished — Not only were the colors brilliant, but the quality was top-​notch, & everything turned out PERFECT! I contacted him a few months later to help design a t-​shirt for me, & he managed to get the product completed in time for Christmas, despite his high demand from tons of customers. I will continue to use Threads Embroidery for my future printing/​embroidery needs, & I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for personalized, timely, & quality services! Thank you, Jim!
