We loved it. Fun, tasty menu items and the bartender was willing to make a special request drink. I highly recommend you try it.

I had the fried chicken and buttermilk pie. The fried chicken was very fatty and the sauce didn’t really mesh with the dish. A complete thumbs down and kind of gross. The our on the other hand was very good.(My dining partners got the same thing and had the same impression.) FYI…The trailer is located in the back patio is the Aristocrat dive bar. You have to go through the bar to get to the trailer.

Their asian fried chicken was tasty. The food was good, but I noticed the next day that I was charged two times for one food. So just be aware of this to avoid extra work of calling your bank, shop, etc.

Always amazing and so glad they found a new home on Burnet. If it was not in a paper boat you would pay twice as much for it anywhere else.

So sad they aren’t in my neighborhood anymore! Raymond is awesome and the kimchi pork belly is amazeballs in my mouth. I used to love stopping on my way home from late night work or roller derby practice… even close to close Raymond was always happy to dish me up some food. Stop by. You won’t regret it.

The Three Little Pigs truck has been in their new location next to The Aristocrat for about 2 months now. You need to go into the bar to get to the food truck and you can eat on the bar’s back patio. There are some sun shades on the back patio but it isn’t really covered if it is raining — in that case you can eat in the bar. Through checking in on Unilocal we received $ 3 off the Asian Fried Chicken(normally $ 8) and we also ordered the Pan Seared Beef Tongue with Spicy Noodles($ 10). All the specials(4 were available) sounded enticing and I want to come back to try the Pork Belly Slider. I liked the Beef Tongue better than I liked the Asian Fried Chicken… just some ingredient in the chicken smelled weird to me. The bar is a definite dive bar with cheap drinks and a really wonky shuffleboard table. The table is pretty warped but that adds to the fun! There is also a self-serve water jug in the bar and a full bar so you can get a nice beverage to go with your meal. I’ll be back to try the other specials!

I can’t begin to tell you how awesome our meal at this trailer was. There were five of us so we ordered one of everything. If you gave me 20 bucks to tell you which dish was best, I couldn’t do it. They were all over the top. The meatloaf, the greens, the crispy chicken, the sliders… sweet baby Jesus, that s&@% was so damn good. You can order drinks at the Aristocrat and eat your delicious food there. Work up an appetite and get your booty over there, STAT!

What an awesome find! This is hands down one of the best meals I have had in a long time — How this culinary magic came from a food truck I will never be able to figure out. There are some very good food trucks in Austin, but each of the dishes we tried had depths and complexity of flavor that usually comes from a brick and mortar restaurant but also had a comfort food element to it. So what did we order you ask… 1)The beef ribs confit with crispy fried potatoes: Superbly executed dish. I cannot imagine how long it takes to make this dish — It literally fell off the bone. With every bite I had visions of Daniel Boulud — Yes it was that good. 2)The smoked tenderloin with spicy hoisin noodles, fried shitake mushrooms and baby bok choi: This is how one should have tenderloin — Moist, perfectly paired with the spicy noodles(not to much spice, just enough to elevate the entire dish), and the mushrooms and bok choi could stand on their own merits, but how wonderful they are married with this dish. 3)The pan seared beef tongue nam tok: I cannot describe how mouth watering this dish was! The tongue was prepared perfectly. My husband who does not care for tongue, loved this dish. It was a Thai rainbow of taste exploding in your mouth with every bite! AND…Don’t forget dessert — Seriously!!! I ordered the Coconut Buttermilk Pie which I found out they make daily. Now I am a pie snob and am usually disappointed… But not this time! Hands down one of the best pieces of pie I have ever had from anywhere in the world. It is otherworldly — Not an exaggeration… Do yourself a favor and put this on your«must go to and try» list — You will not find better!

Have the pork belly sandwich! It was so amazing. The maple and apple flavor balance really well with the pork and the apple really cuts the fat. It was by far the best of the evening, though we also had the Asian fried chicken and meatloaf which were also great! The grits and collard greens that came with the meatloaf were also amazing. Overall we loved everything, down to the repurposed benches made from old truck gates :) Oh, the coconut buttermilk pie was also so good! P. S. I lived in Japan for several years and have worked at Japanese food companies so I’ve had my fair share of pork belly. This place tops my short list of best pork belly I’ve ever had, fyi…

OMG… this is only the MOSTSUPERAWESOME, CRAZYAMAZING food truck ever! I’ve always loved visiting Austin, and this place just seals the deal for me. I wish I lived here so I could come eat whenever. It’s so good that one of my crazy friends will actually fly through Austin in his travels, stop to eat at Three Little Pigs, and then go back to the airport and fly out to his final destination. But it’s totally worth it. He’s actually still mad at me today, because when we went together for the first time, I totally hogged the Asian fried chicken. Couldn’t help it though, it was just calling my name, and at the paltry price tag of $ 7, it’s not like we couldn’t have ordered another one, right? Anyways, as everyone else here has already mentioned, the pork belly slider is also wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this place. So put this on your itinerary, pick up a bottle of wine from the place next door, and pig out, pun intended!

After living 2 minutes away for the past three months, I have finally had a chance to give 3LP a shot. The owner/chef is a friend of a friend and they hyped it up big time so I have very high expectations for this place. Arrived here around 8pm on a Friday and there was no one in line. I ordered the pork belly slider to start off and then ended up splitting the Asian fried chicken. The slider was hands down, one of the best I have ever had. The side of slaw to go with it matched perfect. I wish it was a dollar or two cheaper but I understand how much work goes into each slider and the nice size pork belly piece that it comes with. I will have to come back and try it again!

food was awesome. I had the pork Belly and the Asian Fried Chicken which were both great. Pork belly was phenomenal great flavor and the bun has an almost croissant texture to it. would definitely come back… Also East End Wines provides a great selection of wines to choose from to go with your meal.

This place is the ticket! I went with my two favorite people, and we ordered all three of the entrees that everyone is raving about; the pork belly slider, the fried chicken, and the meatloaf. All were fantastic. I personally loved the fried chicken the best. It was excellently crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. It’s real good. The pork belly slider with a slice of Granny Smith apple IS genius and delicious. I’m not one of those big slider fans, but I would definitely recommend this one /order it again. The cracklin’ meatloaf with collard greens and cheese grits was some Southern comfort food at its best fo sho! This would be an especially great dish to order on a cold night. Okay so after all of that, you won’t believe what was the big highlight for me. I know usually I would talk about the booze situation, and say that it’s next to a very reasonably priced wine store with friendly staff and awesome selections that you can drink out on the patio along with your dinner. That part kicks ass, and makes me love this place a lot, but the real winner for me was — – wait — – the cole slaw! Cole slaw has never been this good. You can taste the sesame oil in the slaw. I have only had one better slaw in my life, and it comes exclusively from my grandmother’s kitchen.

TLP is a food truck in the parking lot of a local wine shop on Rosewood as the address says, but you can get in from the other side of the«triangle» on 11th. Unmetered parking around if you can’t find a spot. Walking up, you’ll notice a patio area where you can eat, a whiteboard where eaters can write nice things(couldn’t find any markers however), and a few charming piggy figurines on the serving shelf. Raymond is the only guy there, meaning he’s cooking and taking orders, so the service is about all you can expect from 1 guy. I waited about 10 minutes for my order, pork belly and beef tongue, to go, while the mosquitoes feasted on me. The flavors are strong and satisfying. Raymond knows his Asian cuisine. Mint, garlic, mushroom, green onion, lime, and… salt; I’m speaking for elements of both dishes. Perhaps this is what I signed up for, but the pork belly was quite oily… not just the meat, but at the bottom of the tray and sponged up by the rice noodle patties. It was a rich meal, probably great after you’ve been drinking wine, but it just got to be a bit much for me.

I’ve been passing this place for way too long. I like to think as myself as a foodie. This place is walking distance from my house and this is my first time. So I ordered the pork belly slider with green apples and some delicious sauce. It was great! I also ordered the Asian fried chicken with wasabi mayo and chili sauce. Both came with a nice sesame slaw that worked well. I would definitely go back, it was great food!

Holy pork belly. Really, after having travelled Asia quite a bit, did I expect to have the best pork belly in my life served up by two old Caucasian dudes out of a tiny white trailer on the corner of a quiet neighborhood behind a wine store in Austin?(Rhetorical, but the answer is «no»). Why this place isn’t jam packed yet I don’t know. The pork belly sandwich is divine. Flavorful, crispy, fatty, soft and chewy, paired with apple that just cuts the fat beautifully, it is, just, wow. It’s f’ing fantastic. Go get it, now. Really. Just. Go. The Asian friend chicken is also really good, Taiwanese style with some awesome sauce. Sweet, slightly spicy with some sesame. Really really good. This alone would be a five star rating. But it’s overshadowed by the pork belly sandwich. Sorry Amazon fried chicken. You’re like Steve Francis in the 2000 dunk competition. Any other year you would have won — just bad like you were up again Vince aka«pork belly slider» Carter.(P.s. And what happened to this dude?!? Looks like he went off a cliff…) I don’t know if there are long lines, I dropped by fairly early(5:30pm) and there was nobody there. Maybe it’s a strange location(behind a wine shop out in a quiet neighborhood). Maybe it just hasn’t picked up yet. But mark my words — go before the word gets out(and I understand that this post may help«get the word get out» so it’s a tiny bit of an oxy moron, in some sense, but how else will you find it about it?!) Inside tip: the grocery store across the street also has a fantastic craft beer selection on tap, with a $ 3 pint happy hour between 4 – 6. $ 3?!! With dog fish head, 512 and other good brews. $ 3!!! Jeez I love ‘Murica)

Delicious ! The pork belly slider was so tasty. The meat was basically melting in my mouth and the seasoning was great. The coleslaw with sesame seeds was really tasty as well. The others in my party tried the strawberry rhubarb pie, the pork cheek, and the fried chicken. All of it was delicious. That’s honestly impressive that everything on the menu was at such a high level.

Husband and I wanted a spontaneous eastside happy hour. While digging around for awesome trailers, I came upon Three Little Pigs. I had pork and rice and fried brussels sprouts. All were SODELICIOUS. The first time in a long time that the rice was just as good as the rest of the meal. My husband had fried chicken– not complaints there either. You can sit in the East End Wine’s patio to eat. Delicious joint, although the portions were a bit small for the price.

I was disappointed by the food here. I ordered the crackling meatloaf and it was anything but crackling. The texture was rubbery and looked like it came right out of a can. The meat wasn’t hot and the sauce was like a weird teriyaki /wanton smelling sauce that drenched the meatloaf and the cheese grits. The collard greens that came with it were average and the cheese grits did not have any texture or flavor(especially in all of that sauce). Maybe I tried the wrong thing, but I asked the guy working there what was the best and he said all the items were great. I’ll probably try this place again the next time I decide to sit outside and drink wine at East End Wines, but as of now this was very underwhelming.
