I’ve faxed cancellations on a lease we had on two separate occasions after being given the wrong info from one of their reps. Now, at the end of the lease and 2 faxes later, they say they never received anything and that the fax should have gone to the actually leasing company. In addition, the clueless lady who answered the phone not only didn’t seem to know what she was doing, she was very rude. Although this transaction was all done through TLC/​Amerx, they also cannot tell me WHO the leasing company is. I don’t believe in doing business with a company that forces you into staying with them. I’d give them ZERO stars if possible.
