TOC Medical Spa

This is a nice place albeit a little difficult to find and park. I bought a groupon for 20 units of Botox. I appreciate that it was actually administered by a nurse, but the Botox didn’t seem to be as effective as another medical spa I went to and got the same procedure done. All in all, for the groom price it was good, but I won’t go back and pay full price.

I wanted to wait a couple days after my 1^st Juvederm appt to write a review (even though I was happy with the results the day I got it) I had a great experience with Teresa! I was so nervous (Imma big baby) and Teresa made me feel so comfortable and went over every «what to expect» question I had. I’ve seen many pictures of nasty bruises and swollen injection areas and I even took off of work the following day (just in case) I didn’t have one mark of a treatment to be seen!!! I’m on a budget and opted for just the normal Juve and I’m already happy with the results (even with Botox I’m always disappointed) the office is nice and all the staff I came in contact with is super friendly! When I was checking out they offer a 10% off if you prebook your next procedure, which is brilliant for the med spa and the patient… Hook line and sinker! I’m going to my next discounted Botox appt with Toccare! I’m excited to start a new relationship (maintaining be a woman is so tough) ha!

I went here yesterday for Botox. I had purchased a groupon and thought I would try it out. The ladies here were wonderful. They answered all my questions and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Sheila did my treatment and was informative and helpful. She is a former OR nurse — which is a plus to have a medical professional do your treatment! She suggested some products for me to use on a daily basis but did not try to sell me everything. I would recommend this place and I will definitely be back!

Got dysport done. First time went in and saw Meredith. She answered all my questions and made me feel quite comfortable. I was quite happy with the results and overall experience. She even gave me a rebate form for $ 50 off. Second time I went in I saw Andrea. Got some bruising which was quite disappointing.

I was unhappy with the wrinkles around my mouth and set up a consultation with Meredith, R.N., at Toccare Medical Spa. I was not informed there was a consultation fee, so I was shocked when I was charged a consultation fee of around $ 90.00. Meredith recommended Radissense, for my wrinkles around my mouth and talked me into getting the injections around my nose. She said the injections should or would last around two years. The cost was 1,250.00 and this was a special of the month deal. The wrinkles around my mouth came back in 4 months. The nasal fold area still looks o.k., but I really did not need the injections around my nasal area.
I have called Toccare twice to speak with Meredith and she has refused to speak with me. She has avoided my calls. I spent $ 1,340.00, and this is the treatment I received. All I wanted to do was ask what happened and why did my wrinkles around my mouth come back in 4 months. Is this any way to treat a patient or a customer?
For all that it’s worth, I would of been just as happy to throw the money in the toilet. Once they get your money, they could give a hoot how they treat you.
Don’t waste your money with these unprofessionals, and their staff is ultra –snooty.
The least they could of done is to return my phone call and explain why the wrinkles around my mouth came back in just 4 months. I don’t know about y’all, but $ 1,340.00, is no chunk change to me.
