TopMac helped me with a win with one of my clients! I am a virtual assistant, and one of the CEOs I support was commenting about being frustrated with his MacBook Pro that would not boot up. He had taken it to Apple but still wasn’t able to get the issue resolved, and had given up on it and even purchased another laptop.
I took it to Eyal Gallico for troubleshooting and he was able to determine the source of the problem quickly. He discovered that it did need a new hard drive, but also there had been a recall on another part. He even coordinated with Apple to get the replacement for the recalled part ordered at no additional expense to my client.
After months of assuming his laptop had died forever, my client was able to give a «like new» laptop to his wife who did not have a computer. Gallico is competent, professional, and prompt and communicates throughout the process. I recommend TopMac to anyone looking for support or troubleshooting for any device with a screen!

Eyal Gallico provided a speedy response to my panicked request for help when my Macbook Pro crashed. He was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone, and was clear that it might vary depending on the problem going on. He showed up in a very speedy time frame to my home office. Not only did he fully resolve the issue, but he set-​up a solid backup system, file management plan, added memory and also provided advice on managing my gigantic font collection. He was budget-​conscious, and offered different approaches to my needs. It took two visits, but my Mac now runs exceptionally.
What I most appreciated was his honesty, knowledge, availability, and willingness to answer my questions. Also, the fact that he was budget conscious as it was the holiday season.
As a professional designer, my Mac a very crucial tool in my life that I wouldn’t trust to just anyone. He certainly has earned my trust, and I’d recommend him to anyone that needs IT assistance!
