Don has been helping us for the last 4 – 5 years and I couldn’t be happier with his work. Our house is coming up on 12 years old and when we were with a larger company, they would have to come in and work on our unit every 6 months and whenever anything went wrong it wasn’t on them it was just a bad unit… that was less then 5 years old at the time…
Don is amazingly reasonable and great in explaining problems, diagnosis and solution options. I would recommend him to anyone!

After recommending them to friends for the umpteenth time, I’m taking a moment to tell all you Unilocalers to use Total Comfort and get on track with a company that will treat you right. There are many AC companies who max you out the first time you meet and leave you feeling like a fool. These guys are honest and they’re business is built around happy customers who refer them and invite them back if ever need be. You’re welcome!

This is the only air conditioning company I trust. My grandmother and I have had Don out to both our places twice over the last 10 years and he’s awesome at explaining what’s going on and the prices are always reasonable unlike most of the sleazy businesses out there.

These guys are great!
They installed the AC in my condo a few years ago. Their estimate was well less than some other bigger companies in town.
I’ve relied on them for service since. They’ve always been fair, prompt and reasonably priced.
I highly recommend them!
As an added bonus, Steve, at least, will correspond via text message (which is totally awesome!).

The best. Installed a new AC unit in our 1949-​built wood-​frame house 9 years ago, and we have had 0 problems. We had a free Green Collar energy efficiency audit, and the auditor complimented our ducts being in great shape and no leaks. As we’ve begun to insulated the house, the AC has to run less and less to keep it cool once the house has cooled down. And, Steve is awesome.

I have an old Lennox 2 cycle A/​C in the master area that breaks down on me. It will need to be replaced eventually, but Don has kept it running in the meantime. When I eventually replace it I’ll call them. They replaced the blower motor on my rental house A/​C and saved me having to quickly buy a new system. Total integrity, professionalism, and experience solving A/​C problems. They can keep your old system running for you. Thanks Don and Steve!

Steve at Total Comfort absolutely rules the roost.
Our A/​C broke down today, and we were expecting a hellish night, but after a quick review of the issue (broken capacitor) he switched out the part and everything went back to work in a jiffy.
He’s a great guy who gets the job done honestly and with very fair prices. Don’t hesitate now — call Steve! My 2 year-​old son and expecting wife are absolutely thrilled.
