Treehouse Yoga

This is a lovely, comfortable, and welcoming studio! I’ve been using ClassPass to attend classes. You can only go to a studio 3x a month, and that’s not going to be enough for me with this studio! The classes are small, the lighting has been low, and both have created a nice atmosphere for an introspective class, and a non-​intimidating environment for me. I am getting back into shape and back into yoga after some time away, and find myself falling into negative thoughts or feeling down on myself in other classes, and this studio and the teachers kept me so positive and introspective the entire time.
I took classes with Tiffany and and Sarah and they were both really warm and encouraging. The vinyasa classes I took were great for beginners, but also beneficial for those that are more advanced because there was a lot of room for personal practice and timing.
I’m super thankful for finding this studio!

Honestly the most beautiful yoga studio in Austin. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s 100% donation based, so no one is turned away.
And every Wednesday from 12−1pm you can take a FREE heated vinyasa class, for the #DoGoodFeelGood Wednesdays charity yoga campaign, in exchange for a charitable donation (and as if free yoga was not enough– enjoy FREE bagels from Wholy Bagel, after class! They generously donate their bagels to Treehouse Yoga’s charity classes every Wednesday).
A different charity is selected each month to be the beneficiary.

best studio I have been to in Austin, got a groupon deal and decided to return. They have great instructors and the studio is amazing. They infuse the studio with the smell of essential oils and provide teas. you won’t be disappointed
