Tricia is AWESOME!
She worked with me for about 6 months.
When I initially applied for a mortgage I spoke to several people/​companies.
My credit wasn’t quite where it needed to be.
Tricia was the only one who really coached me through what I needed to do, and didn’t try to refer my to somebody for costly credit repair.
She was always upfront and honest with us, and didn’t just try to «push us along» through the process.
My income situation was squirrely because most of my income is commission instead of salary.
Long story short, she stuck with us through the long haul.
She’s very professional.
She knows what she’s doing.
She got us into our dream home.
If I could go back and do it again, I would’ve gone straight to her and not spoken to anybody else.

Tricia knows her stuff and helped my wife and I get the best interest rate ever! She is very knowledgable, very thorough and extremely professional through out the whole process! She was always there when we needed something and is always quick to respond to any inquires. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Tricia is AWESOME! I have worked with her for the last couple of years and she has funded 3 of my conventional loans thus far. She is very professional, and does things right the FIRST time. She makes sure that she is upfront with everything, and that there are no surprises at closing. She is easy to work with and is very prompt with her communication. She even emailed me when she was out of the office on vacation! I would definitely work with Tricia on future loans!
