I just got off the phone with a haughty man from Trinity Stairs. If your home is less than two million, then don’t even bother calling this company — they do not want to waste their time on your project. I obviously inconvenienced the guy with my questions, so I guess the time I’d hope to spend getting a stair quote I’ll spend writing this review.
This company must constantly get calls from home owners who want their stairs replaced, and a little $ 25,000 to $ 35,000 stair remodel is not worth their time. I’m still a bit shocked by this company’s attitude — but there you have it.

Hired them to design and build a custom staircase for our home. They designed it straight from a photograph of mine and did an excellent job. We had hired and fired two stair contractors before contacting Trinity Stairs — third time was definitely the charm. Marcus was great to work with — extremely courteous, professional and responsive — and they did exactly as they promised. Trinity was a breath of fresh air compared to other bad experiences we’ve had with unreliable contractors who only had excuses.
