Terrible experience. My fiancé booked this company for our wedding through a guy named «Keto» and heard nothing but bad things about him until they finally canceled and lost the deposit. From what I understand, he was never available, never called her back, lied to both my fiancé and her mother about prices and wedding arrangements, hung up two times on her mother and finally forced them to reconsider the hired entertainment. We decided to go with a company called «Aloha Entertainment» out of San Antonio and have had a tremendous change to our planning. Rene has gone above and beyond to help us. Please do yourself a favor and go with this company over Tropical Productions. If you read the other reviews you’ll see that were not the only ones that’ve had this kind of experience with them.

The most unorganized production company in Austin. I worked for almost every one out there. Most importantly they do not pay their dancers… I know because I was one of them. Even did a few free Lion Dances for them at Chinese New Year before getting hired. Keto is rude and unprofessional.

These guys are as genuine as it gets! Keto is very easy to work with, he helped me plan an awesome show. When the entertainers got to my event they were prepared, and extremely professional. I hire fire dancers every year for my Cajun Luau, and for now on I will only hire these guys. Best show I have seen yet.
