I have been going to the Austin location for years and I always say I am going to write a review about the staff and I always forget! Carol Andrus Nurse practitioner is absolutely the sweetest person I have met in a long time. She is so easy to speak with and what an asset to True Results. True Results are so lucky to have her! The front desk staff is always polite and with a smile on their face. I would be happy to refer friends and family to this location.

Very friendly staff. I have been somewhat of a needy patient and even in my most frustrating moments, the staff have been a pleasure and remain personal and compassionate at all times.

The staff starts off being friendly initially in order to get you banded. Once you’re banded, everything changes, appointments are impossible to schedule and have to be done at least a month in advance, the worst part is that no other bariatric Dr will see you as they didn’t perform the surgery, so you are stuck. I wish I’d gotten banded elsewhere. Now looking to get this thing removed. Best advice is find some other Dr. They also charge you insane amounts when you have insurance and you never even see the doctor except for the day of the surgery.

True Results is the top notch center for the Lap Band surgery. I have been banded for 2 years, and happier than ever!
The office staff is awesome. You get a advocate on your first visit that walks you through the entire procedure. They work with your insurance, setup all the pre-​op visits and requirements. Post-​op, just as great. Easy to get appointments to get adjustments and be on your way to permanent weight loss.
Dr. Esquival is a great surgeon, who makes you feel comfortable about the procedure.

Considering the severity of this surgery, the staff is very comforting and knowledgable. They really seem to care about you. They contact my insurance company and insured I was covered, they walked me through the entire process. They do not judge you for your size. The staff knows what you are going through since some of them have had the same surgery. They can share their real life experiences with you.
I hadn’t been in the office in over 6 months, I called to make an appointment and the receptionist recognized my voice and called me by name. Great customer service.
