After several failed attempts to qualify for the Boston Marahon I went to the Athletic Performance Lab for the athletic performance and nutrition package. The gait analysis allowed me to modify my running style to be more efficient which enabled me to run faster with less effort. The nutrition counseling provided me a great nutrition plan for the week before and during the marathon. I was able to run much faster and not hit the wall which had always prevented me from finishing strong. Thanks to APL I was able to set a new marathon PR and qualify for the Boston marathon. Theresa was great and I encourage any serious runner to use APL to improve their performance. Robert C.
