My husband and I found ourselves in a pretty negative place trying to sell our home with our first realtors. At the recommendation of a realtor friend of mine who had moved out of state I reached out to Lee Ann at Tula Properties, and we never looked back! From the moment I spoke to Lee Ann I finally felt at ease. We were out of state at the time the house was being sold which can be nerve wracking. Not once Lee Ann took on our listing! Not only did I feel confident that our home was being represented to the fullest, but that it was truly caring hands. I never felt out of the loop, and not once did she make me feel crazy for my daily morning… mid morning… and late afternoon texts. We have since closed on our home, and I am walking away confident in the offer we accepted, and received. I would recommend Tula Properties to anyone! Tula Properties represented a buyer for one of my properties and recommended a company to perform a septic inspection on April 15, 2014. One of the owners of Tula Properties gave the septic company permission to physically break into my septic system using brute force when I could not be reached by phone.
Here’s a quote from the owner of this business I have in writing:
«In order to get in to the tanks, we did have to bust open some concrete lids, which I personally gave permission to do (they were sealed with adhesive).»
The owner of Tula Properties also promised to pay for any damages but subsequently changed her mind. Here is her excuse in writing about why she doesn’t need to pay for the damages that she approved.
«Sloan,
I am not paying for this for the following reasons.
1) As a sign of good faith, I agreed to pay for these this when they were broken because we notified you of septic inspection, but you didn’t give us any way to access the septic without breaking these lids.»
Following this logic I suppose that if the lock box was inoperable it would be okay to back a vehicle through my front door to gain access for a showing.
