I went in on my lunch break for a quick eyebrow wax. There was one customer and two employees inside. The employees were both working on the one customer. I asked for the wax and their response was, «we just don’t have time right now». Not «we will be with you in a few minutes» or «it will be about a 10 – 15 minute wait». If their business model is to have just one customer in their salon at all times, then I have no idea how they’re staying afloat. I took my business to a salon down the road. I do not plan to go back to Tweeties.
