Norma was super helpful and kept us hydrated during the heat of the day. The assistant manager even helped us with our trash even though he didnt have to. Been storing here for 3 years and im glad they dont rotate managers and locations anymore.

Worst experience with a storage unit in my entire life. I will never use Uncle Bob’s again. I disown him from the family. This company will charge a massive «lien» on top of other fees if you get behind on your payments. The kicker is that this «lien» is apparently non-​refundable… Which pretty much just makes it a super-​fee.
Many people use storage units as a last resort when they are in dire straits (as I am). Uncle Bobs will take advantage of you like some sort of piranha/​loan shark hybrid. Hit you with fees, liens, and then auction all your stuff. This goes far beyond necessary self-​protection and ventures deep into exploitation and price-​gouging.
From now on I will just donate everything I own to charity, rather than let this type of business ever see another dime of my money. Boycott Uncle Bobs until the company shuts its doors or gets bought out for pennies on the dollar (karma).
