Purchased a .300BLKOUTSBR in April. Rifle looked great when I picked it up in September, but the finish wore off after just 20 rounds! Called and emailed many times before I was contacted by one of the employees, not the owner, he never bothered to contact me. They tried to say it was normal wear, but this was not even close to normal wear. After many emails they said to bring it in and they would refinish the rifle. Well here we are again. Rifle was cerakoted again, and again looked good when I picked it up a few weeks ago. Just got back from the range and after 20 more rounds it is showing excessive wear. Rifle shoots great but the finish does not hold up. These rifles are way too expensive to be such poor quality. Do not waist your money like I did. Buy something that is going to hold up. I have other AR style rifles with the same coating that do not show the same wear. I guess I will have to pay even more money now to take it to someone that actually knows how to do a cerakote finish.

I’ll keep this short. I had my slide Cerakoted for my Smith & Wesson SD40VE from silver to OD Magpul Green. The end product was AMAZING! It made me feel like I have a brand new gun — I felt giddy and excited, pretty rare these days. They were fast, provided a great price, and went above and beyond on the slide, fixing some of the finishing that Smith & Wesson overlooked. These guys are A+ !!!

Growing up in the country, you lived around guns. I killed my first deer at 6 years old followed by a tri-state critter annihilation. These days with hunting mostly in the past, I recently decided to do a little upgrade in the personal protection department. Enter my new friends over at Underground Tactical. Ever fancied putting a world class assault rifle up to your shoulder and squeezing off a few rounds? The staffers at Underground can make that happen. Savvy buyers will find the appeal of tech with names like«Death Dealer» and my favorite«Bacon Maker»; multiple calibers with added or integral suppressors as well. I selected a Baby Desert Eagle as my first purchase. Its worth mentioning that each weapon purchased can be personalized and they did an amazing job. Engraved on the barrel, «Rooster» in my selected circa 1984 Airwolf font. Not small where you can barely see it, HUGE lettering! No holes barred Underground made it my own; producing my perfect vision and is now stowed carefully awaiting my first intruder. They also carry Lum-Tec watches, GoPro sports cameras, and Voodoo Tactical accessories. One gun in and I’m sold on the experience. Staff is accommodating and knowledgeable; the level of customization is amazing. Add in an on staff gunsmith for repairs; a clear winner in my neck of the Hill Country has emerged for my next weapons purchase.
