University Crest Apartments

Finding an affordable place close to downtown is a difficult task. As a single person, I had been stressing for months looking to find something within my budget. University Crest Apartments is truly a gem; this place met everything on my checklist! The manager is very customer friendly and quick to respond to requests. There is plenty of parking and ample spaces for visitor parking. While the complex is somewhat older, my unit has been updated with new fixtures, had plenty of storage and faux wood floors. The laundry facilities are clean and are easily accessible. The dumpsters are located in a convenient area and are never overflowing. It’s a pet friendly place. The community is small and quiet; the other tenants I’ve met here seem really nice. The only downside is none of the units have a patio area. Other than that, So far, so good! This place is exactly what I wanted.
