Posted Sunday hours: noon-5. We showed up at 11:55. No one there 12:02. We called. She said 10 minutes away. We decided not to wait for 1 person to come in and set up and then have to do 2 Pedis. So really, we didn’t enjoy their services, but also didn’t enjoy their lack of punctuality!

Beyond sad that my at most favorite nail tech no longer works there really does bum me out because Tony was the best and always knew me. but hey I still gave the new people a try and well at first I was like«what the heck why not?». I should have just went with my gut instinct because from the start I knew it would be no good because first of all the guy who started couldn’t finish due to the fact he didn’t know how to do the style of nails I wanted. So the lady took over, I asked for a certain type and she told me «no» to what I wanted bc what she could do was better. the nails were okay but as I later looked at them they were a little uneven. For something so simple I paid waaaay more then I wanted and in less then a week 2 of my nails popped right off, I went back to get them done again and she was being very rude bc she claims it was my fault never has that happened to me. Even after I paid she was being rude and charged me $ 20+ for nails I’m not satisfied with. Very disappointed in the new service

I visited VA Nails on 2 Feb 2016, at first glance it was a little scary, the familiar faces were no longer there. Change can sometimes be challenging, although I decided to give it a try. I noticed«New Polishes» «New Products» and a «New Attitude». My total experience was Wonderful and Renewing, just what I needed. I was overdue for a Mani and Pedi, I left there feeling Brand New. Give Chau a chance!!! The New Owners have years of experience and cater to their clients, along with the new line; they offer a refreshing drink, not what I was accustomed to. I had forgotten Pedicures were meant to be pampering. Leave your past experiences at the door, you to will be pleasantly Surprised. I will be returning, Chau is very thorough in his applications, a perfectionist !!! I have not had a pedicure this meticulous in years. He also has a firm grip and hands that evenly apply pressure while your service is received, rejuvenating to say the least. I loved this lovely couple.

I thought to myself, I’ll just go somewhere close to the house today… big mistake. I could have stayed home and painted my own nails better than the shellac manicure I had at VA Nails today. Hands down, pun intended, the worst manicure I have ever had. There is gel covering my cuticles as well as ‘leftover’ spots of gel on the tops and sides of my nails. Also, they have very few colors to choose from. When I showed my husband, he thought I was joking that I paid someone to make my hands look as bad as they did. The only thing VA got right was having a clean salon and good conversational skills. Big. Fat. Fail.

My pedicure was fantastic but the gel nails was another experience. They squared off my nails per my request but my nails are very strong. They clipped them with one clip and it was painful. I had to straighten out several of my nails. The gel coat was placed over my cuticles, so I had to completely remove it withing 2 days because my nails looked horrible. They were extremely nice and did their best to speak English the entire time.
