I retained Vaught Law Firm PC to modify my Final Divorce Decree and I was not disappointed! Leigh de la Reza and her staff were understanding, and kept me up to date (I never had to wonder where my case was!). However, at the temporary hearing, our lawyer did not represent our best interests, NONE of the options were presented, and the judge did not hear our case. We paid over $ 8,000 to stand in the hallway and negotiate a modified drop off and pick up location. When we expressed our disappointment, the response was «sorry you are upset.» We immediately terminated our agreement with them. If you are a dad and wanting to modify custody, do not use this firm.
